Rapid Fat Reducing Methods
Wanting a slimmer and sexier body is an understandable ambition.
Many people have succeeded in sculpting their physiques in order that they look healthier and more desirable. However, this goal is not instant or achieved by skipping one night's dinner. For some people though, patience is not a virtue and instant results are required. These people are unable to spend the time, money or effort, to get the body that they have always wanted. As a result, some of these people resort to rapid fat reducing methods and programs which may prove to be less effective than they were led to believe.
Fast-track diets is an example of these rapid fat reducing practices which may not be as effective as they seem in the adverts. Fast-track diet programs, as scientific research has shown, are only good while they last. Rapid fat reducing is often followed, rather ironically, by rapid weight gain.
People who undergo low carbohydrate or low calorie diets normally revert back to their old eating habits simply because human beings can not actually live on with this type of diet for the rest of their lives. Once they stop the diet, then all of the bad old eating habits reappear with a vengeance.
Now there is also scientific research showing that rapid fat reducing does not always result in an individual losing unwanted excess fat. It is very often water that is lost when following rapid fat reducing practices. If this were permanent then it could cause a certain amount of alarm but actually, the water that is lost is regained very quickly. So there is actually zero net weight lost after all.
No one should be fooled by the advertising claims of some diet pills in the market; especially those which claim to help you lose a huge amount of fat in a short time. They will only dehydrate the body as a means to lose the weight . A good guide to fat reducing is that the body can only lose two pounds of fat per week, you would be exceptionally lucky if you lost three, but normally, it's just two.
Another unusual rapid fat reducing product out in the market is the slimming soap. These soaps are made from a unique concoction of rare Chinese herbs and seaweed; they claim to help people using the soap to shed off body fats by emulsifying them while taking a bath. Some are even specialized to specific parts of the body such as those which promise to give the user "beautiful thighs". The ingredients may improve the quality of the skin but no research has ever come up with any evidence that shows that these ingredients emulsify excess body fats.
There are rapid fat reducing products that promise to suppress hunger and at the same time help increase the body's metabolic rate. These also claim to be able to accelerate the healing process and reduce certain body pains, all of these claims appear to be rather excessive when they are made for a very chic fashion accessory. They are actually called magnetic fat reducing earrings and again no medical evidence exists relating to the effectiveness.
The secret of this set of earrings is in the magnet, so it is claimed. Wearing the magnets near the ears balances the magnetism in the body therefore the wearer will experience all these beneficial effects. Though press releases say that there are actually "studies" to back these assertions up, nothing yet is found in medical journals. Buying a set of these magnetic earrings may not kill a person, but just make sure that you like the jewellery because it's probably not a wise investment. You might as well wear a horse shoe earring for a fashion statement and perhaps bring yourself some good luck.
The bottom line is "no pain, no gain". If you want a beautiful body, then you must work at it, you must exercise and tone it and change your diet to make sure that you do not have excess calories for your body to store away as fat. As for rapid fat reducing products that are continually coming out on the market, if they are too good to be true, then they probably are too good to be true and the only place that you will lose weight is in your wallet.
